@Beckysay What an amazingly looking orange crumb! Unfortunately I haven't dabbled in einkorn yet (but I had good einkorn&emmer breads a couple of times from a bakery, which I found really delicious). I also wish I could make such beautiful scoring patterns, but I'm restricted to rectangular loaves, since I don't have a proper oven...

By the way, my shipment of spelt flour arrived earlier than I anticipated, so this night I'll bake a spelt Mischbrot with half of my remaining rye flour. Seeing your photos, I should probably also have ordered some einkorn (and maybe emmer?) flour...

@maxi I love the color of the einkorn! I haven’t tried emmer. I like experimenting with different blends, but I always have about 1/2 bread flour because I am afraid to end up with hockey pucks, 😂 I found this lovely mix of goodies (the seeds and flakes) from King Arthur so made it super easy to get a nice multi grain bread. I’m still not very good at scoring, I have a fear of leaving the bread on the counter too long. Love to see your spelt mischbrot
