blind ambition with no direction must fall back on a hierarchy to set any course. they are rudderless without a leader to tell them what they want. so they fall back on the base instincts rather than try to see the civilization for what it is.

@rbreich You’re correct Mr. Reich, the actions of the GOP show an unapologetic brazen party willing to use any means necessary to grab the controls of government including gerrymandering, voter suppression by restricting certain types of ID, closing polling stations at colleges, restricting voting by mail, outlawing ballot drop boxes forcing voters to use an unreliable post office.

xs4me2It is what they are about it seems, grabbing power and clinging to it. Truly undemocratic and vile… such attitude does only belong in autocratic regimes and should be fought with all means.

As horrible as the GOP is now, we cannot ignore the fact that the Dems have assisted in getting us there, by opposing changes to the democracy model that most every other democratic country has implemented.
You never really had a democracy. This is the logical conclusion.
