Rob Wald@Strandjunker I so love this idea. Like with hurricane names, we could figure out the mass shooting names in advance for each state, going in alphabetical order. Get a list of all politicians (regardless of party) who accepted donations from NRA in previous year, and then we just make our way through the lists for each state.

But note that the condition "accepted payment from the NRA" is trivial. They all did, through PACs. No?

PQB@Strandjunker I feel like we don’t put enough responsibility on the voters who keep these guys in office. The gerrymandering certainly skews the numbers, but the gun owning voters are the problem. The politicians are a symptom.

This ist a Democrat or Republican thing this is about people who support in the NRA and guns because it's good for their campaign reelection chances and this is the best gig most of them will ever have. My voting criteria? Is whoever hasn't taken any money from the NRA Democrat or Republican
