If I had a penny for every time a Republican tweeted ‘thoughts and prayers’ I’d have enough money to bribe Congress to pass common sense gun control.
@godpod fascists seek death and destruction. no amount of money is going to stop them. and neither is joe "fund the police" biden.
@discgolfer @godpod
You can't negotiate with fascists because they're chickens**t bullies.
Fascists are bullies and bullies are cowards, so the only solution to the threat of fascism is force and the violence necessary to beat them back. That's all they understand: a show of strength.

@godpod

They didn't even bother with "thoughts and prayers," this time... they just had massive orgasms when they decided they could blame trans people for all the mass shootings in the world.

@godpod what's the going rate on clearing out that side of congress and starting all over again?
@godpod Now we know that thinking is not their biggest strength in gross and general, I wonder if praying is?

@godpod An old species with a new name - "Pigalhores" and their parasites - the "pusthulates" of Sphincterstan. More soon.

@godpod can’t you just smite them or something?
@godpod No, you wouldn't. That's the problem.

@godpod Yeah, it's your fault for not existing, or if you do exist, for not striking them down from Heaven.

Next election time, you're going to have a tough challenge from me. My plan is to televise Hell, as a deterrent. "Reagan in the Fiery Pit" will be I predict the comedy hit of the decade!

@godpod
I have said , if I ever won the lottery I would buy a legislator/s.

@godpod

One day, Republican voters will see how their politicians do NOT want to protect their children from *anything* real. They've invented things to be afraid of, like Michaelangelo's porn and Dolly Parton lookalikes.

Republicans are clowns dealing in illusions. And they're being paid to keep up the act.

@godpod Until the language of the second amendment is updated to clearly state what it means, nothing will change.

I got into a debate with a friend on FB about this and after asking him to define “well regulated militia” he came around to admitting that he sees the 2A as there in case enough gun owners ever feel the need to overthrow the US government, for whatever reason they deem valid.

Try it. Simply suggest that the language is too vague and needs updating. When they-

@godpod - inevitably say “it’s perfectly clear,” ask them to define pretty much any of the terms, like “militia” or even “necessary,” and I’m almost positive you’ll get them to admit they believe they will need to blow away government agents someday.

When he defined the “militia” as “a citizen” I rewrote the amendment replacing that term with his definition showing that he too seemed to agree that “militia” isn’t exactly the right word. So he either agreed that it was too-

@godpod - vague, or his definition of the “well regulated militia” is wrong. That is, no matter what answer they give, unless it is a real definition, i.e. an insurrectionist militant band of gun owners ready to overthrow the government, they are admitting that it doesn’t say what they actually think it means. Thus, it should be reworded to be more clear.
@godpod And this is an example of “we already know that’s what they think” but where making them state it out loud is important. We may know what they think but we should make them actually say it to our faces. Otherwise they live in a Schrödinger’s box where they can both believe that, but also wield the benefit of the doubt because they’ve never actually said it.
@godpod The God I believe in isn't short on cash, mister.

@godpod
It's true. Some of these Congress people sell out their constituents to the NRA for very little. Like Matt Gaetz has received only $1,000 from the NRA and there are others well under 10,000.

But of course then there's Rubio with over 3 million.

@godpod But you're God! Why would you need money to bribe the Earth monkeys?

Bananas are fine.

And could you not send your son again? We kinda fucked that up.
