On the 12th March 2015, we lost our dear friend Terry Pratchett.

In the 7+1 years since, we have done everything we can to #SpeakHisName, whilst keeping his fans informed of everything that his legacy has produced.

Keep sitting on our shoulder Terry, you may not be with us in body, but your presence influences every bit of our lives.

@DiscworldMonthly Rest in Peace. You never will be forgotten. ❤️

@DiscworldMonthly been recently going through his books in somewhat disorganized order due to library having some books reserved until the end of time but some being immediately available.

Regardless, there’s a lot to read and the order really doesn’t seem to really matter in the end, so I’m fine with the way things are.

@DiscworldMonthly our 1st son (11yrs by now) gets his 30 minutes of discworld stories every evening before going to bed. We've been through almost a dozen books by now, presently enjoying 'I Shall Wear Midnight', which is a bit dark but still fun (the wee free men rock!). Also great for me because I get the chance to revisit my favourite stories.

Surprised how much deep wisdom is hidden between the hilarious moments, giving us chances talking about some serious lessons for life. Thanks, Terry!

@DiscworldMonthly I think that Terry's books had a permanent effect on how I view the world and I will be eternally grateful to him for that.

@DiscworldMonthly Just finished my first Discworld novel last night! (Equal Rites)

Just amazingly heartfelt, hilarious, and such a joy to read. I felt like I was being told the story by an old, very good-humored friend. I can't believe it took me so long to read a Pratchett book. Looking forward to the next one!

@DiscworldMonthly @donmelton I didn't discover him for myself until I saw the documentary about his visit to Switzerland for euthanasia. I'm sad I didn't get to know his work sooner
