Good morning and thank you Mr Mayor. #Today is what I call slacker Sunday. I veer from my normal routine and just take it easy. Looks like a nice day in the woodlands of #MO sunny and temps in mid 50’s. A hike maybe in my future, popcorn (I’m a popcorn freak) for lunch the old fashion way with oil and a big pot, just like when I was a kid. I love to cook so something tasty for dinner maybe shrimp Alfredo, we’ll see. Enjoy your Sunday!

Looking at paperwork and laundry today, the excitement is palpable. Just absolutely bubbling. Grocery shopping wouldn't be a waste of time either. Trying to keep my head down and just.do.it.

I now decree a new day, Choreday, which gets substituted with any day of the week as you see fit.

It's not currently raining so that's good, a day to dry out a bit before a couple drizzly days.

#today I am tired. I slept in a forest last night for a mountain biking event my husband was doing this morning & while he was up the #Ballyhoura Mountains, I walked the dogs & then sat on my ass crocheting a baby blanket for a friend's baby. Now I'm heating up stew for the man who rode the mountain & making fresh mashed potatoes to go with it, with lots of Kerrygold butter (½ a block) & white dusty pepper  Then I shall have a nap 💤
