Likewise, we are hoping to promote artists with a fedi presence that are good fedizens, if we are promoting anyone with any untoward fediquette we have missed as it is hard to deep screen web presence, also please reach out.

if artists use one as their primary download repo we point to it
it's not about discovering a stations pod, it's hopefully about helping find the artists' equivalent and being an intermediary to hopefully cause an interaction not just an endpoint
I'm so excited to see this launch!
Friends who make music, this is a terrific project in its early days, and it's already an excellent example of how we can all play well together as creators.

I strongly recommend giving this project a look. It's run by good people, doing a cool thing, and it's entirely about getting fedi musicians and other audio-based creators playing together.
I think you'll really enjoy it, and its ethos of shared creation. I'm excited to have been able to contribute, and I'm hearing a lot of familiar voices from across the fediverse.

This reminds me when I used to run a tiny shoutcast server on my home computer a couple of decades ago with various (mostly awful) music from friends and fellow students. Good old days :)
Back in those days the music I was listening to wasn't made by friends, so I'd argue this is even better.
