I've shot this when visiting #georgia.

When there is a #pig strolling through a #village, you are intrigued to #follow, but when he is casually joined by a #sheep, you are obligated to find out what’s more to the #story.

#Animals are amazing and I think there is happening so much more there we give them credit for.

@krstf The wholesome new reboot of the Musicians of Bremen...?
@ludibriumventis i honestly still beed to read it. I just know the witcher reference 😬
@krstf This photo could be the premise for an incredible children’s book.
@JasonNoffsinger i would be up for it! 🙇‍♂️

@enhickman @JasonNoffsinger it feels like cheating watching a fairy tale without my kids 😅
@enhickman @krstf I’ve never seen that one before. Love it.
@krstf clearly the assignment of a quest. Let the epic tale begin!
@BriOnThePond @krstf These familiars three shall guide you. Their actions shall inform thy quest in both deed and direction. Ignore them at your peril.
@SecularJeffrey @krstf I like where this is going. I feel their story is going to be a midnight oil burning page turner.
@krstf As two political parties suddenly coming across each other and then in a fix, what way to handle this in the same area.🤫🤫
@Rajumisra literally today we had presidential elections!
@krstf we stopped evolving … but they haven’t
@quiquaequod I wouldn’t be so harsh. I think humans are great. Just not all.
@krstf I loved this book: Oxytocin: Made for Each Other: The Biology of the Human-Animal Bond Meg Daley Olmert. I don't think we, humans, would be who we are without them - especially - #Wolves.
@peterdeppisch we probably wouldn’t… I’ve never thought of this that way. I am I steal it for personal use and occasionally share, if you don’t mind 🫶😅
@krstf Especially #wolves who became dogs. The author maintains that once the wolves joined the campfire they would bark if anything approached and or seemed unusual. Therefore humans got more and better sleep and that may have just helped the brain. Interesting book.
@peterdeppisch seriously thanks for the recommendation. I’ve already added it to my to-read list. 🙏
@krstf 😍 more photos of Georgia, please? 🥹
@Chipsfisch yes sir! 🫡
Though i have to forecast that this one have the most powerful message. 🤍

Passing on the Enigma Machine.

@krstf growing up in a remote part of Africa, we had a lot of orphaned wild animals, and farm animals, as pets. One inseparable trio was a goat, goose and zebra. The goat used to get on top of (rare) visitor’s cars, which we thought was hilarious. We also had an eland which hated bicycles and used to butt off anyone riding one, then walk away. He didn’t hurt anyone but they are, um, quite big animals. My sisters and I used to offer guest’s children (especially those who we had the most contempt for, who we called “townies”) a ride on our bicycle, then hightail it into the bush to escape parental wrath
@erica_sea55 I’m sure I’m romanticising it a bit but this sounds like a great memories. 😅
@krstf oh it was…but after then, we had to go to boarding school…which was awful
@krstf @LibertyForward1 Pro tip: If they start chanting “Four legs good, two legs bad” you might want to make yourself scarce
@krstf I bet there's a good story in this photo
@krstf @pftulley is right. They are clearly fomenting revolution. You can just tell. #Orwell #animalfarm
@krstf Great shot! I don't know what is is about this picture but I can't stop looking at it and smiling. 😀
@caryn thanks for saying that. I rarely get any feedback, let alone this wholesome.
@krstf The key here is the pig I think. They are super intelligent.
