@caseynewton the only reason this "news" seems unlikely is the fact the timings don't seem correct... You posted at 6.30am here in Singapore... No office landlords work at that time. Had this been posted about 80 minutes later, I wouldn't even doubt this story...

Additionally, no news in the local media about this - and usually these sorts of news items appear here within minutes...

May I ask what source do you have for this?

I'm v happy to be proven wrong, I'm just curious.

@caseynewton I had a job where creditors showed up one day and chained our doors shut, unceremoniously booted everyone out. Our owner, however, had already started a new company and told no one, walked us all across the street into our new office and welcomed us to our new/old jobs, lol. I can totally see musk doing that.
