Nothing says "you're getting old prematurely" like getting diagnosed with arthritis when you're younger than 40. The relief is that it explains a lot. But now I know it's also not going away.

As a #baseball fan, it's amazing how much different it is watching the World Baseball Classic under the old rules and Spring Training under the new rules. The Spring Training games are so much better and so much more interesting. It makes me wonder how we were able to put up with such a slog prior to this season and really realize just how bad it had gotten. Pitch clock ftw and good riddance to the shift.

Travel is exhausting. I went to bed at 7:30 last night and woke up at 7. I could easily do the same thing tonight. #travel

After the bird site fiasco, why does anyone give a shit about what Elon thinks about anything? I keep seeing articles about what he thinks about AI or the economy or leadership. He's the last person I would ever go to for advice or insight on any of those topics

RSV is awful. Finally getting back on my feet after having it knock me out for almost a week. This flu season has just been the worst.

Every now and then I remember that xkcd exists and it makes me smile.

Trying to keep it upbeat, so I'll give another shout-out to the show Shrinking. Every episode is great and a stellar mix of serious issues and humor. Well acted, well written, and good TV.
