After baiting right-wing troll Andrew Tate into responding to her brilliant taunt yesterday, a theory abounded that a pizza box from his ill-conceived clap-back video actually led Romanian authorities right to his door.

And Greta was waiting with another tweet for the ages.

I read that Romanian authorities knew he and his brother were in the country because they interviewed then last April. The pizza box may have given a clue as to which location he was in so they had as an easier time to find him. I also read that Tate is being held for 24 hours under the warrant.

Check Andrew Tate's actual birdsite timeline for his last post (not RT) before he was arrested. At least it was still up this morning.

Pretty big coincidence that the pizza box delivery video was the last post only a couple of hours before his arrest.

Coincidences are possible but that's a pretty F-ing big one.

The Pizza and the Troll-Owning has nothing to do with the arrest. The authorities are capable to do their job - without any hints from twitter Videos with pizza boxes…

The arrest was planned and just happened that time. The police made that clear in a statement, that no pizza boxes where involved in that -arrest- or detainment of that asshole.

@georgetakei I'm not that familiar with the story but how it's labelled and credited to Greta is wrong, isn't it. Basically she didn't do anything except replying. The Romanian authorities saw the video - without active help of Greta - and just reacted...am I wrong or why is Greta praised for the causality chain?

Without Greta, his tweet never would have been sent. She was active in this from the onset. Crediting her is cautionary to anyone with something to hide from wanting to bro crush activists.

I wouldn't be too worried about the process, when the result was as spectacular as it was.
