When #lazy, beans-and-rice is our common choice. I bloom a bunch of spices, fry some onion, throw in multiple types of canned beans, bit of tomato, and some broth. Done.

Oh there's the rice making too. Tonight brown & barley, but that's low effort as well.

I want to make sourdough bread, but I'm also lazy and impatient. So I just had an idea of making pseudo sourdough bread, where I add sourdough culture (or maybe discard) to a dough, but also use quick rise yeast and make it like a quick rise yeast bread, still getting flavor from the sourdough starter but not waiting ages and hoping to time it just right when the dough is at the proper amount of rise to bake, not over proofed, etc.

Any thoughts?
