Day 2 of the updated diet, heading in to day 3. I’ve not cheated once, but boy do I want to.
For now this is pretty strict cutting out sugars and carbs. Breakfast is a Starbucks Red Pepper egg bite. Lunch and dinner are home made chicken with veggies and some seasoning. Only drinking water, black tea, and black coffee.
My god how I want a donut right now!
