Day 2 of the updated diet, heading in to day 3. I’ve not cheated once, but boy do I want to.

For now this is pretty strict cutting out sugars and carbs. Breakfast is a Starbucks Red Pepper egg bite. Lunch and dinner are home made chicken with veggies and some seasoning. Only drinking water, black tea, and black coffee.

My god how I want a donut right now!

@PhotonEmpress chicken and broccoli last night to. Used a lemon and salt "maranade"....I'm starving lol. I use the mio water flavors because I HATE regular water
@TimHoyer I don’t have to do this forever, but I really want to lose 30lbs. This combined with hitting my personal trainer 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week will hopefully go a long way!

@TimHoyer I’ll actually be in Cali for the last 2 launches. One of them is out of Vandy, so I’ll need to head up there.

@PhotonEmpress I admire your willpower. I make it to noon without eating and fully intend on drinking my 400cal huel shake for lunch, but end up with a 1000cal hoagie from Wawa and a bag of skittles.

It was so much easier to adopt an 18/8 intermittent fasting routine than it is to cut out all the crap.

@Bicycle_Jockey I do 16:8 IF as well. It’s sorta all of the above, not one or the other for me. 30lbs is a lot and will require a lot of personal work to get there

Your work thus far is nothing short of amazing. I can’t imagine the long road you’ve been on, but the end justifies the means.

@PhotonEmpress I was today years old when I found out I could have been fixing my egregious bastardizations of the English language due to my fat thumbs this whole time.
@PhotonEmpress You've done it before, you've got this! I gained a ton of weight after hurting my back several years ago and finally got serious about losing it in Sept. I am down 45lbs now. Still want to drop at least another 20-30.

@TomMicheline oh, I’m determined so I’ll get there. It’s just a lot harder now without the testosterone to promote muscle growth. Everything I do matters… what I eat, when I eat, what I drink, how much I work out, how I work out, how much I sleep… just need to keep it all in check.

I’ll be off the diet and workout for a couple of days for the holidays… then again for a week at the end of Jan for my birthday. But hopefully that’s it until I reach my goal!
