Day 2 of the updated diet, heading in to day 3. I’ve not cheated once, but boy do I want to.

For now this is pretty strict cutting out sugars and carbs. Breakfast is a Starbucks Red Pepper egg bite. Lunch and dinner are home made chicken with veggies and some seasoning. Only drinking water, black tea, and black coffee.

My god how I want a donut right now!

@PhotonEmpress I admire your willpower. I make it to noon without eating and fully intend on drinking my 400cal huel shake for lunch, but end up with a 1000cal hoagie from Wawa and a bag of skittles.

It was so much easier to adopt an 18/8 intermittent fasting routine than it is to cut out all the crap.

@Bicycle_Jockey I do 16:8 IF as well. It’s sorta all of the above, not one or the other for me. 30lbs is a lot and will require a lot of personal work to get there

Your work thus far is nothing short of amazing. I can’t imagine the long road you’ve been on, but the end justifies the means.
