Day 2 of the updated diet, heading in to day 3. I’ve not cheated once, but boy do I want to.

For now this is pretty strict cutting out sugars and carbs. Breakfast is a Starbucks Red Pepper egg bite. Lunch and dinner are home made chicken with veggies and some seasoning. Only drinking water, black tea, and black coffee.

My god how I want a donut right now!

@PhotonEmpress chicken and broccoli last night to. Used a lemon and salt "maranade"....I'm starving lol. I use the mio water flavors because I HATE regular water
@TimHoyer I don’t have to do this forever, but I really want to lose 30lbs. This combined with hitting my personal trainer 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week will hopefully go a long way!

@TimHoyer I’ll actually be in Cali for the last 2 launches. One of them is out of Vandy, so I’ll need to head up there.
