I’m looking forward to the J6 hearing today and to the criminal referrals but I’m very concerned that they are not getting to the full truth.
So far, the hearings have been 100% focused on Donald Trump, but it’s very important to understand that he was a follower of a plan created by Mike Flynn and his allies.

CBS News has obtained unreleased audio of the House January 6 select committee's questioning of Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, in which Rep. Liz Cheney presses him on whether he used his connections to contact high-ranking defense officials ahead of the Capitol riot. Robert Costa reports from Washington.
They’re going to refer Jeffrey Clark, who was raided by the FBI and left outside in his boxer shorts. Also John Eastman.

It’s nice that the January 6th Committee acknowledges that “left-wing groups were instructing members to stay home” on January 5th.
But that might have something to do with the movement my friends and I started a week before that to make sure no one went. It was in public. You didn’t need “intelligence,” you needed Twitter.

Denver Riggleman is dropping knowledge as usual. He was bounced from the J6 Committee because he understands #OSINT and wanted to expand the focus beyond Flabby Hitler.
He understands the network. He understands radicalization.
Trump going away is going to do ZERO to reduce the fundamental problem, which is that Flynn and his allies are engaging in psychological warfare using our own social networks and citizens.

The level of ignorance or intentional deception here is jaw-dropping. The entire civilian leadership of the Pentagon was decapitated and replaced with Mike Flynn operatives AFTER the election. Miller, Cohen, Patel and Tata were there to make sure Trump stayed president.
Not only that, Mike Flynn’s brother Charles literally prevented the NG from going to the Capitol for THREE HOURS. JFC.

My partner @Gal_suburban and I described in detail how it worked at the Pentagon over six months ago. It’s not a mystery.
The reason the Secretary of Defense had “the authority to deploy the National Guard” was not because it was “delegated.” Miller sent this memo seizing that power and defanging the NG two days before 1/6.
It was a fucking coup that was assisted by the Pentagon.
The J6 Committee is a cover up.

It’s public information. The only conceivable reason you would ask is if you think the “documents” are fake or that I am a dishonest actor in some way.

And Jim, you're doing the right thing by providing your sources, but the combination of how this thread and the related Substack articles are formatted makes it non-trivial for me to verify them, especially on a mobile device. Whether that's information you want to act on is entirely your call.

Here's the thing, though. If you plot the Venn diagram of Mastodon users* who:
a) want the Flynn brothers to pay for what they've done, and

I never played Bees myself (didn't even have my own copy of a Halo game until several years later) but I recognized the name and the lightbulb went on - the Emmy, the documentary, the "they're using my ideas" thing... yup, that all scans.
I don't envy you one bit, I'll say that. The Alfred Nobel comparison that comes to mind is maybe a bit much, but it's not far off.

3) Speaking of Twitter: it looks like we're all pretty new here*. There are some obvious difference (500 vs. 280 characters), some that are more subtle (URLs count as 23 characters regardless of actual length), and some important conventions (alt-text on images is a big deal).
* I don't know if server migrations reset the clock, so it may be that some of y'all are actually old hands.

By recent Mastodon standards, that's the difference between veteran and newbie status. 😆
