Heh. To everyone responding to this telling me it's about the Streisand Effect... yes, I know.

The reason I'm "not sure what to make of it" is because I came up with the term "The Streisand Effect" and feel weird seeing Elon use it in this manner....

@mmasnick I had a high profile (securities lit client) CEO freak out and ask our firm to sue folks who made a gross parody of his name. I was jazzed to draft my first cease and desist letter until the partner on our team told me to Google the Streisand effect and get back to him.
