@SpockResists This is a photo-op trying to showcase Pete Buttigieg as a more "human" person. This unfortunately, does not erase the trauma that he caused for people of color in South Bend, IN. His program to reduce urban blight through the destruction of neglected homes, disproportionately effected people of color whom were unable to get the funds needed to bring houses up to code. No help was provided to them. Taking away someone's home is unforgiveable in my book.

Those houses were vacant, abandoned, and mostly owned by absentee slum lords. Nobody lived there per definition.
