@thepamcakez I’m sorry I can’t be more help! I’m here hoping to see what others say. I’ll boost yours! I have longterm burnout and am on sick leave. Now I’m just stagnant.
@thepamcakez hard boundaries. I don’t know what you currently have to juggle but see if you can cut something out? Delegate to another family member? Outsource? Cause sadly if you don’t set those boundaries, your body will. It took me 2 years to get out of my severe burnout. And by severe, I mean bedbound for 22 hours a day. And I never recovered fully. I don’t want to scare you in any way. I just don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.
@Uniflame it’s so bad I had a stress induced seizure last year. I’ve had meltdowns at least once a week now and have developed an ongoing twitch in my eyes and daily tension headaches. My stomach doesn’t like to hold much of anything anymore. At work my body shutdown mid shift twice last year and I more or less passed out at my desk - but I feel trapped. Stuck. And overwhelmed and frustrated as all hell.
