@browncarol Many journalists are on the instance journa.host.
Another thing you can do is to go to the journa.host instance local feed page:
https://journa.host/public/local
It will pop up a new window and you can scan the posts and follow people that you are interested in. It's a bit tricky because you will need to cut and paste any addresses from the journa.host window into your # search bar, look up the person and then follow them.
