Parties have until Feb. 3 to tell the judge what they want to do.

Former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign must disclose the amount of money it would pay to settle a long-running court fight with a former staffer over its nondisclosure agreements, if it wants to go ahead with the deal, a judge ruled.
The case is in an unusual forum for Trump - the Pensacola division of the Northern District of Florida (he typically files in the Southern District). Three judges handle civil cases, all GOP nominees (Trump, W. Bush, Reagan). Appears he's landed Senior Judge Roger Vinson (Reagan)
