@dramypsyd@pantransautie@actuallyautistic my son was diagnosed at aged 6 and we never delayed telling him, but it’s taken time for him to have an understanding (which I’m not sure he fully does yet).
@peppernut@KirstyKP@pantransautie@actuallyautistic I love the messaging that the cats have things like sensory needs and they might have some things they struggle with and also they don’t need to be “fixed” because they are just fine as cats 💜
@dramypsyd Cats like us can't cope with difficult sensory environment and like many of us they will leave if they can't cope with the sensory environment.
