What are folks' thoughts on the new #ARRL #Handbook ?

I have some #FOMO but I also have one from 2-years ago, so I don't *need* one lol

@k8vsy As nice as a single volume hardback sounds, $93 is too much when I already have a copy of the handbook. And not even the “mom says we already have one” meme, it’s the 2019 multi volume paperback with all the PDFs. I haven’t even read a quarter of that yet. Plus, there’s all the back issues of QEX I want to read. I think I’ll be happier with the $93 to spend on projects.

Also, the marketing is clearly designed to evoke #FOMO and I don’t take too kindly to that personally.

I'm really tempted by this too. I only have a 1994 copy that I found in a used book store 15 years ago.

@N9DRB that sounds like a much more reasonable purchase for you. I’d say go for it, I’m sure you’ll find lots of new and useful material.
