Journa.host, the reason I initially jumped here from Twitter, is having it’s users messages are blocked from view by many other Mastodon servers. Have had others boost messages that their server was moderated poorly, but how do you find that info out when Mastodon users are so anti-search (except for hashtags)

IceNine@tomtomorrow I made the switch a couple of weeks ago and I am glad I did. I miss my lists on the other site but I find hashtags can produce similar results. The attitude and tone here seems much more positive.

petteriusaSo far so good! My instance's server went down last night and just now came back up. But while annoying, certainly something that is bearable. Local admin provided updates on the bird site and the sister instance to mine so communication was maintained.
