@zoep Today it was kidney-bean-and-tomato (lots of paprika and chillies).
Tomorrow it will be carrot-and-lentil-and-coconut-and-lemon (with cumin and ginger).
I used to make lots of different soups, but what with having stuff left over, they've mostly evolved into two sorts of everything-soup that I make a gallon of at a time.
Though I sometimes do an onion soup, or something like kale-and-apple, just for the old-time giggles, so looking forward to new ideas.

Also absolutely thrilled that someone wants to talk about soups. I love soup so much.
@zoep I’m the Queen of #Soup. I’ve got a pot of leek and potato simmering right now. Just realized I’m out of heavy cream, but I think a lump of cream cheese will do the trick.
I also make a killer veggie-barley with beef stock. Droooool. And Black Bean is so good in winter. Hmm, I should get beans started in the crock pot after Thanksgiving and make black bean with turkey!
