@Cianmaher0 I didn't keep up with the Oblivion modding scene so much but 18 years on and I still remember cdcooley being both very good and unfailingly nice around the Morrowind scene.

@Cianmaher0 thanks for posting this, I missed it when you wrote it and would have had no idea. There’s actually quite a lot to unpack when you think about virtual companions - someone who can never forget, when you yourself might be struggling in that area. Even without the celebrity aspect of Pterry’s involvement, this is a wonderful human story.
