
@kcarruthers What is your favourite thing to cook in your #airfryer?
Mine is CWA Scones (cream method) as I can have them ready to eat in 20 mins.
2 cup SR flour (twice sifted)
1/4 tsp salt
125 ml cream
175-200 ml milk
Mix with a knife until sticky and combined. Sprinkle flour onto the bench, then tip the mixture out onto the flour.
Lightly pat down dough with extra flour to 2cm height. Cut out scones and place them touching each other on a tray that fits in the #airfryer.
Cook at 190-195C for 12 minutes. Check if done if they sound hollow when tapped on the base. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes if needed.

When the old one died at about 15, I thought about a fryer then realised I'd developed an entire cuisine using the oven. Makes the best spud wedges...
Oh good. Pls post. Especially hints about how to get the best results with what food item. Still experimenting here
