Foi um momento muito especial e representativo: estar com minha mãe depois de 4 meses, relembrar a tradição de família do charuto nas datas especiais, ter minha receita aprovada pela Chef e usar a couve plantada no início da pandemia ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Last month we did a 15 day lockdown and it was possible to have my mom instagram.com/dulcinea_cassis here at home. I took the opportunity to make a pot of collard dolmades from the garden and we ate until we were sick 😅
It was a very special and symbolic moment: being with my mother after 4 months, remembering the family tradition of the "charuto" (dolmades) on special dates, having my recipe approved by the Chef and using the collard planted at the beginning of the pandemic ❤️❤️❤️
And think how good was. By the way, don't, take the recipe and do yourself!

2/5 - Sort the ingredients:
- 1 pack of collard greens
- garlic bulb with peel
- cinnamon powder
Stuffing:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup minced meat
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Sauce:
- 1 cup of tomato pulp
- 800ml of water
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Cut the collard greens in half, removing the stalk.
- Put the leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes
- Mix the ingredients of the filling
- Wrap some of the stuffing in the collard without squeezing.

- Mix the ingredients of the sauce
- Accommodate the dolmades in a thick bottom pan (or line the quill with some collard)
- Cover the dolmades with the sauce
- Place the garlic cloves in their shells
- Sprinkle the cinnamon

- Place a saucer or a smaller lid to hold the dolmades in place.
- Turn on the fire. After it boils, lower the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
