1/4 - Rice with vermicelli

2/4 - Set the ingredients apart
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 nests of angel hair pasta (vermicelli)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter (optional)

3/4 - Break the pasta with your hands
- Knead the garlic cloves and put some olive oil in the pan. Fry the pasta in olive oil.

4/4 - When the pasta is golden/brownish put the garlic, the rice and fry a little more.
- Put 3 cups of water, salt and butter.
- Lower the heat to let the rice dry.
