Solarpunk Druidso I am re-reading Terry Pratchett's Raising Steam.
I can't help but feel like the conversation between Lu-Tze and Ridcully about people fearing the early arrival of steam power could signal the universe would be ending soon to be a meta-commentary on the authors need to rush the world-building because of his encroaching illness.

It's been a while since I last read it, but I also remember it as less coherent as previous books, which is a shame.

@FiXato yeah I thought that too. It seemed like he was trying to cram all the little things he wanted to do for the discs development into a single book
