#Herat: Winter Clothing Distributed to #Mental_Health_Patients

The #ARCS has distributed #winter_clothing to 306 male and 84 female mental health patients at the Western Zone Mental Health Care and Treatment Center in Herat. This assistance aims to protect the patients from the cold weather, with each individual receiving a set of clothes, a jumper, a blanket, and a pair of shoes.
