#AfternoonTeh! #WindowPerspective teamtalk channel on vofspace.ddns.net teamtalk server is getting an upgrade. I need the original Mic that I have standing at the window currently, so I bought two relatively cheap ones at the wonderstore. Perhaps it's not an upgrade in sound, but it's going to be sterio, so I can change the channel to sterio as well. The current mic only outputs to the left channel of the Komplete Audio6 MK2 audio interface, so having two mics means that I will be able to use both channels, which to me at least, is a sound upgrade of sorts. But we'll see later when I unbox them. It's currently raining so for those who want rainy sounds...WindowPerspective, even still mono, is still running to catch the rain sounds. Tomorrow or on Friday, it'll no longer be so boring.

Ok, seems I have to use something in the background that takes up quite a bit of wifi, for when I'm on vofspace.ddns.net teamtalk server, intercepting #WindowPerspective, then internet stays relatively stable. The moment I do things that don't require a load of data, then the connection squeks off.

#GoodMorrows on Wednesday, 25 February, 2026. Wexsi has had her Wexgard, I mean Nexgard Spectra, so she's protected from parasites, ticks and fleas for the next month. Happiness abound. My laptop in the room that runs #WindowPerspective seems to have encountered some hard drive issues in the night. RAM and CPU useage seems to be at the normal percentages, while the hard drive shows as running at 100%, which is impossible. Only TeamTalk/WindowPerspective runs off that computer, no other software. How it can push from running at 15 to 20 percent for the last 4 years since I put up that microphone at my rooms window, to suddenly running at 100% useage since last night is unknown. I'll reset the pc to see if that might help. Sometimes when hard drive useage skyrockets, then an infection is present, so will reset first to see if a little nibbler hasn't gotten hold of, and is biting my old Lenovo IdeaPad. But if after reset, the hard drive still is slow, then I may have to take it in for repairs. Still, we'll reset first to check for, and eliminate any nibblers. Hopefully that fixes the problem, else money will be needed to fix it. So far the day is good though, even though the lenovo in the room has a problem...Still it's not a work-related problem and it hopefully can be fixed by either reset or hard drive replacement. It's current drive is an ssd so if it is failing, no way to hear squek like if it was a mechanical/hybrid hard drive. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

#VofspaceAnnouncement: We found and blocked the IP that caused our trouble on vofspace.ddns.net, so the server generic user is again open for those who would like to listen in to #WindowPerspective. The culprit could probably make themselves new IP addresses by using VPN or other means, but for now, we seem to be safe again.
