I just logged into my PayPal account and then got an error 1015 "You are being rate limited"... wth is that? From their docs "...we might temporarily rate limit if we identify traffic that appears to be abusive"... me??!

I am definitely not a bot. It is the second time today that has happened while logged onto the site (the first time it happened, I was able to log back in a few minutes later).

I only logged on today because for the first time ever since having the account, I used the account to purchase something online a couple of weeks ago and I'm trying to get a refund.

This world is upside down right now.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, it would be much appreciated!
