Trump is giving a masterclass in how to “fuck things up” SO BADLY that

a) the Iranian regime actually looks sympathetic and appears to be much more “trustworthy” than the US

b) Iran gets to say that they stood toe to toe with the “Great Satan” and did more damage in 3 weeks than what has been done to the US in over 50 years

c) Literally doing nothing would have been better.

Even if hostilities were to cease today, refineries & storage facilities have been struck, & tankers travel slowly, so there still would be a lag period before more ships sail out plus additional supply reductions. It's similar to last year's tariffs mess (a practice run?), but this time, it can't all be undone by a signature or phone call.
