We will have the Monday 170Hz Shift 60WPM RTTY Roundtable at 7PM Local Time on the 146.92MHz Repeater.
We had 3 Stations on last week.
I will call CQ at 7 PM and if nothing heard, I will just go into RX Mode.
Hope to see some Stations check in.

Looking forward to what will be a regular #RTTY net on the #W8FSA 146.92 repeater in Ypsilanti (St Joes). Al #K8WXQ is net control. The first scheduled net was yesterday 2024-03-04, the next one is next Monday 2024-03-11 at 700p Eastern.
This starts 60 minutes before the #ARROW net on #W8RP 146.96 Monday nights 800p.
When I did this last I used #DroidRTTY to encode/decode, will be looking for RTTY software that can run on my MacBook Air (either MacOS or iOS worth a try).
Sent CQ CQ CQ DE W8EMV W8EMV W8EMV PSE K and my signal was decoded OK by two stations! My RTTY correspondents first reported that I had mark and space reversed so I hit the toggle setting in my DroidRTTY to swap those in my sending and after that all was well.
Next challenge, the cell phone is down to 3% battery, did find a cable to plug it in so hopefully I can get charged up for another try.
Still figuring out #DroidRTTY beyond sending macros.
I received CQ CQ CQ DE K8WXQ ON THE 14692 REPEATER RYRYRYRYRY via #RTTY decoded with #DroidRTTY acoustic coupling from the Android phone to my Kenwood TH22-AT HT.
Tried to transmit to the #W8FSA repeater from home, but my HT doesn't have enough power from the comfy chair to get in. Next step will be the shack in the attic with the same HT.
Looking forward to monitoring a scheduled #RTTY QSO. #W8FSA 146.92 PL100 repeater in Ypsilanti MI (St. Joes), should be reachable from Ann Arbor and the western Detroit suburbs. Planned time is 400p local on 2023-12-26, 2100 UTC.

Al #K8WXQ is leading the way, and I'm hoping to decode ("read the mail") with #OpenWebRXPlus . I'll try to grab a recording of at least part of it.

Another bicycle mobile QSO on 2 meters with Mo #KE8BZJ , this time from EN82eg. We used the #W8FSA repeater again, and Parker Mill County Park is just across the river from St Joe's so that was a very easy repeater to hit.
It's about an hour's ride round trip.
Christmas Day very warm and yesterday's fog had lifted.
The entrance to Parker Mill has the distinctive odor of the water treatment plant nearby, but by the time you get to the mill location the air is sweet again.

Bicycle mobile QSO on 2 meters with #KE8BZJ and #K8LLM from my temporary QTH in EN82ch (Barton Hills Village) into #W8FSA repeater at St Joe's in Ypsilanti. Super foggy out there, but my bike ride was almost entirely on painted bike lanes, protected bike lanes, and separated trails. Pretty nice all in all.
If the weather holds I'm hoping to get to K-1513 Lakelands Trail for #POTA (or if 2m simplex POTA is too hard, just a nice bike ride). Still working on HF bicycle mobile.

I heard 2/16 stations on the Wayne County (MI) Repeater Crawl tonight. As expected #N8DUY came in S5/9++ and I could hear #W8FSA . The rest, not so much. Keith #KD8ZSK NCS.
On the plus side my entire 50W station now fits in my backpack. On the minus side, I need to get some more/better 2m portable antenna options to make it actually useful.
The #N8DUY repeater was reachable full quieting from 50+ miles away (west side of Ann Arbor MI to Essex Ontario). Thanks to Sean #VA3SGM for that report.
