My acid-adjusted tart cherry syrup was not sweet enough, so I added 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
Final recipe:
1 oz Tart Cherry syrup
1 oz Vodka (Tito’s 40% ABV)
3 oz #Vernors Ginger Ale
1/2 oz Simple syrup
In preparation for the #RoseBowl on Monday at 5:00 PM EST, I’m bookmarking this recipe for a #Michigan Mule cocktail.
If you can get real Michigan tart cherry juice/syrup and #Vernors brand ginger ale, do so. I found Vernors in my local Pennsylvania grocery but am acid-adjusting the left over cherry syrup from a bottle of Woodford Reserve cocktail cherries.

@indivisiblemichigan @Siberian Now I need to find some Vernor's in the store. Living in the near-west (Kansas) it is sometimes had to find. Best ginger ale ever.
