It is #dry, but a messy quick #storm system will bring mixed #precipitation tonight and Tuesday morning.

NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR MARCH 30, 2026:

The #Northland will be #dry Sunday night with a mix of stars and #clouds and light #winds. Low #temperatures will be #mild in the 20s and low 30s.

Monday will see a few #snow #showers near the Canadian border as a #breeze develops. Highs will range from the 30s and 40s near #LakeSuperior, to the 50s and 60s further inland.

Three good things today:
The steady rhythm of Lake Superior waves at sunset — that familiar, grounding sound that hasn’t changed.
A memory from 2024 with Dad, staying at my grandparents’ cabin west of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, a place that was theirs until the 70s.
Realizing that even now, that shoreline still sounds like home to me.

NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR MARCH 25, 2026:

A #storm system will bring scattered light #rain, #sleet, and #snow #showers through the #Northland late Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

#Winds remain light with low #temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s.

Highs Wednesday will range from the 40s next to #LakeSuperior, to the 50s and 60s further inland.

The best way to describe the #weather in the region would be #seasonal for late March and early spring.

It is #cooler by the lake with a bit of #wind off #LakeSuperior with some #sunshine breaking through the #cloud cover.
