#NikkiHaley is forgetting that an increase in interest rates was necessary to avoid a recession after the economic shock of #COVID.

Rates were way too low for way too long. The current interest rates really aren't the problem, it's simply that there aren't enough homes available (which, to be fair, she did mention).

We need to #upzone all the things, build like crazy, and add more public housing to the mix.
