An investigation by #GreenpeaceUK reveals today that giant supertrawlers relentlessly continue to catch fish in the UK’s Marine Protected Areas, damaging precious #MarineHabitats and #FishPopulations, despite the UK government having had the powers to stop them since Brexit and committing to protect at least 30% of #UKWaters by 2030.

Random thought, I have no choice in who supplies my water and sewerage services. Why are water companies spending thousands and thousands of pounds on advertising? They cannot attract new customers or increase their market share. Why not spend that money on fixing leaks or actually cleaning the sewerage rather than pouring it in the nearest river? If its all about corporate branding and reputation, surely we would think better of them if they did the job properly.
