Revisiting a Rejoinder on past Wrongs

Ahead of ICJ ruling on #gaza genocide, it's best to understand how International Law was created by colonial powers to protect their self-interest. Third World Approaches to International Law (#TWAIL) had very little presence in my Politics of International Law classes, but helped me understand that genocide is a narrowly defined legal concept only because colonial powers wouldn't want to be condemned for their own actions.
