Attn fish keepers, any idea whats up with this red discus? That white patch on his shoulder is on both sides. To me it looks like chaffing but not sure what he would be chaffing on. Worried it might be infected.

His behaviour is very normal with good appetite.

Should I consider some kind of treatment?
