I just buried my fish, Finnegan (Finn). I didn't really post about him on here, but I loved him very much. He knew my voice and would come to the surface when I called him for food and if I was ever late to feed him and walked past his tank, he would come to the surface anyway and splash water at me to get my attention. He was uncommonly friendly to, and protective of, his tankmates and he lived a long (I hope happy) life. I love you, buddy. #Fish #Pets #FishOfMastodon #FishOfTheFediverse

I have shifted my craft store focus from the floating habitats to my new Aqua Creatures! Using large mouthed glass and plastic jars adorned with shells, acrylic gems, glow in the dark stones, faux pearls and aquarium plants all held together with only 100% fish safe silicone glue. Also make great pencil holders toothbrush tealights.

Tiny Endlers delightful little fish descended from guppies in Venezuela, closely related enough that they can still inter-breed and produce viable breeding offspring. I bought a few just to see if they could actually be as striking as the picture (I rarely found them in pet stores and ordered online) and they are just wonderfully colorful little fish.
