Does anyone know how much Triptorelin is supposed to stay behind in the vial after taking up the most of it?
The instructions say to draw from a straight angle and to keep the vial flat, and to do this asap right after mixing to prevent the solution from becoming too thick (which makes it unusable / potentially spoils it)
After taking up and injecting I was surprised to see how much I've left behind. But when I was initially drawing the syringe started to draw up air so I stopped to switch to the actual injection.
I think some of it just is because the solution settled?
Anyways, I (against instructions) drew it up as much as I could just to see how much it actually was, and it seems to be about 0.4ml of solution that was left.
Is this normal? Can anyone tell me?
The manual says some solution left behind is to be expected and they overprovision for it, but I have no clue how much "some" actually is lol
