It was way to hot and humid for the treshold run Garmin had scheduled for me today 🥵. But I tried anyway. So my heartbeat did strange things, like hanging on just below the desired level (at 148 bpm) and then suddenly jumping to 162 bpm. That's when I decided to walk a little bit (the blue-and-green zone in the middle).
