Catching up with the literature, found this article from September about BRCA1/2-deficiency specific large structural variants in #cancer incl quasi-balanced #translocations. Interesting finding, but sadly, main emphasis is on long-molecule #sequencing technology and potential mechanism and not so much on potential functional consequences. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-023-06461-2
