Reflecting on yesterday's ScottishTrans event in Glasgow, I am struck by three key takeaways.
1. We are *terrible* at coming together and maximizing our numbers and impact as campaigners;
2. One of the biggest strategic successes of the transphobe movement is that they have convinced both the media and *us* that we are weaker than we are;
3. Mutual aid is great, but it needs to be organised (don't people read LeGuin any more?)
