Effective at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, the Orange County Sheriff's Department is issuing an Evacuation Order (Mandatory) for Trabuco Creek, Bell Canyon, and Hot Springs Canyon. This is due to continued rain and potential for debris flows.
