What i like about this article from @GraphicMatt on the Billy Bishop Toronto airport is that it looks a the numbers.
Even if we ignore the whole noise and gas pollution, this airport is not doing so well since they introduced the train to Pearson and it's unclear how adding jets would fix it.
The value prop of the airport is that it's small and quiet, doubling passengers would do the opposite, this place is just not setup for volume.
