That Frances Nunziata was installed as Council Speaker says a lot about Olivia Chow's lack of political acumen.

#Toronto needs a Mayor who is a Progressive AND a Leader.

ugh. the "civil discourse" movement shows up everybloodywhere. it basically means "if you can't speak politely then STFU" which is a garbage principle for deciding what's worthy to talk about and what's not.
