So as I start making my turn with a #bixi a pedestrian decides to switch from slow walk to jogging faster towards me. I'm on a street and started the turn with plenty of time and clearance which it felt like he tried to suddenly cut short.

I dock the bike and see that he's now back to .... A slow walking pace

Did he just try to play chicken with me?

I wonder what's the reason behind @[email protected] voting against this snow clearing idea from NYC? Given the major snowfall from January which saw many sidewalks and bike lanes left unusable for weeks, it's worth pursuing whenever the City needs additional resources. #BikeTO #WalkTO #TOpoli
